We offer our services to personal injury clients on a contingency basis. That means only when you receive money, either from winning your case or negotiating a settlement, do you pay legal fees. What Is Brown Law Office’s Contingency Fee?
Our standard contingency fee is 1/3 (33.3%). This is the most contingency fee we will ever charge you for legal fees relating to your personal injury case. In most cases, the defendants will contribute to your legal costs, which will reduce the fees you pay.
